Getting the information right: Relytech Support Step by Step

1. Website

   Please make sure you enter the website URL in the correct format. Example: www.yoursite.com

2. Name

   Please use the user name you received from Relytech Support.

3. Password

   Please use the passwords you received from Relytech Support

4. Email

   Please enter your email address to make our communication effective. We will contact you when your issue is finalized or in case we need to specify your issue in more details or obtain more information.

5. Phone number

   Submitting your phone number is optional. This is important to supply in case of errors or if you wish to be contacted on your phone rather than on email address.

6. Service

   In order to make the communication with you more effective, please choose the Service carefully. Choosing incorrect Service may cause that your issue will be delivered to wrong person and thus delayed.

• Error: Client Site

  Please choose this services if you experience errors in any section on your client site of your websites.

  Page/Section: please specify page or section on your website where the error or problem occurred so that we can identify it easily.

  Add file: you can upload any image connected with the error. If you attach a screenshot of the problem, this can help us specify the problem faster.

  Add multiple files: if you wish to add more than one image, please click Add file link as many times as you need.

• Error: CP

  Please choose this services if you experience problems or errors in your admin control panel.

  Section: Please specify section in your control panel where the error or problem occurred so that we can identify it easily.

  Add file: you can upload any images connected with the error. If you attach a screenshot of the problem, this can help us specify the problem faster.

  Add multiple files: if you wish to add more than one image, please click Add file link as many times as you need.

  Page name: specify page where the image is located. You can enter either file name, page title or any name that will help us identify the page.

  Image to remove: please specify the image by file name, location on the page or by image that it displays.

  Comments: please use this box to specify any additional comments

  Delete: please click Delete to remove the specified image from your form.

  Remove multiple images: if you wish to remove more than one image, please click Add new link as many times as many images you wish to remove and specify each image separately.

  Please choose this services if you wish to add new images on your website.

  Add new: Please click Add new link to specify image you wish to add. If you want to add more than one image, please press the link multiple times.

  • Page name: if you want to place your image on a specific page, please supply the page name. You can enter either file name, page title or any name that will help us identify the page.
  • Image:  clicking Add image file you can upload image you want to add.
  • Add multiple images on one page: if you wish to add more than one image on one page, please click Add image file link as many times as you need.
  • Comments: please use this box to specify any additional comments or specify where exactly you would like your image to be located.
  • Delete: please click Delete to remove the specified image from your form.

  Add multiple images: if you wish to add more than one image, please click Add new link as many times as many images you wish to remove and specify each image separately.

• Images: Replace Images

  Please choose this services if you wish to replace images on your website for new images.
  Add new: Please click Add new link to specify image you wish to replace. If you want to replace more than one image, please press the link multiple times.
  
  • Page name: specify page where the image is located. You can enter either file name, page title or any name that will help us identify the page.
  • Images to remove: please specify the images you want to replace by file name, location on the page or by image that it displays.
  • Image:  clicking Add image file you can upload image you want to add in place of the removed image.
  • Remove multiple images on one page: if you wish to remove more than one image on one page, please click Add image file link as many times as you need.
  • Comments: please use this box to specify any additional comments.
  • Delete: please click Delete to remove the specified image from your form.
• Replace multiple images: if you wish to add more than one image, please click Add new link as many times as many images you wish to remove and specify each image separately.

• Content: Remove Content

  Please choose this services if you wish to remove any content from your website.

  Add new: Please click Add new link to specify which article or part of text you wish to remove. If you want to remove more than one article, please press the link multiple times.

  • Page name: specify page where the text is located. You can enter either file name, page title or any name that will help us identify the page.
  • Content: please paste the text you wish to remove.
  • Comments: please use this box to specify any additional comments
  • Delete: please click Delete to remove the specified content from your form.

  Remove multiple articles: if you wish to remove articles from more than one page, please click Add new link as many times as many articles you wish to remove and specify each page separately.

• Content: Add New Content

  Please choose this services if you wish to add any content on your website.                    
  Add new: Please click Add new link to specify article or part of text you wish to add. If you want to add text on more than one page, please press the link multiple times.
  • Page name: specify page where the text is located. You can enter either file name, page title or any name that will help us identify the page.
  • Document: here you can upload documents with the text. For uploading more than one file, please click the link multiple times.
  • Add multiple documents: if you wish to add more than one article or image, please click Add file link as many times as you need.
  • Comments: please use this box to specify any additional comments
  • Delete: please click Delete to remove the specified content from your form.

  Add multiple articles: if you wish to remove more than one article or parts of text on one page, please click Add new link as many times as many articles you wish to remove and specify each text separately.

• Content: Modify Content

  Please choose this services if you wish to modify any content on your website.

  Add new: Please click Add new link to specify which you wish to modify. If you want to modify content on more than one page, please press the link multiple times.

  • Page name: specify page where the text is located. You can enter either file name, page title or any name that will help us identify the page.
  • Document: here you can upload documents with the text you wish to modify along with the new text. For uploading more than one file, please click the link multiple times.
  • Add multiple documents: if you wish to replace more than one text on one page, please click Add file link as many times as you need.
  • Comments: please use this box to specify any additional comments.
  • Delete: please click Delete to remove the specified page from your form.

  Modify multiple articles: if you wish to modify text on more than one page, please click Add new link as many times as you need.

• Subpages: Create New Subpages

  Please choose this services if you wish to add new sub pages to your website.

  Add new: Please click Add new link to specify the subpages. If you want add more than one sub page, please press the link multiple times.

  • Page name: specify how you want to name the new sub page. This will be a link to access the page.
  • File: here you can upload documents with the new page. You can place the images to the document, but remember we need the images as external files. For uploading more than one file, please click the link multiple times.
  • Add multiple files: if you wish to add more than one image or document, please click Add file link as many times as you need.
  • Comments: please use this box to specify any additional comments.
  • Delete: please click Delete to remove the specified page from your form.

  Add multiple subpages: if you wish to add more than one subpage, please click Add new link as many times as you need.

• Other

  If you issue does not fit any service listed choose Other.

  Comments: please use this box to specify your issue.

  Add file: you can upload any image or document you need.

  Add multiple files: if you wish to add more than one file, please click Add file link as many times as you need.
