Q. I am getting this error: was not recognized. Please use a valid website and URL format.
A. Please use the correct URL format www.yoursite.com.

A. 1. You can only use Password that was assigned to you for this purpose.
2. You can only apply for changes for your website.

Q. Why should I choose a specific service when I can simply use Other.
A. 1. Your issues can be delayed when sent to a wrong person.
2. You have more options if you choose the correct category.

Q. I have a problem or issue that is not listed in Services drop down menu.
A. If your issue does not belong to any listed category, please choose Other. You can state your issues in Comments box and upload external files using Add file link.

Q. I want to upload more than one file related with different pages or sections.
A. First choose correct category/services and then click the Add new link as many times as many external files you wish to upload.

Q. I want to upload more than one image that go on one page.
A. Fist click Add new link and specify the page. Then click Add image file as many times as you need. If you clicked more than necessary

Q. I have a problem with my client site; my control panel is working fine.
A. Make sure you use Error: client site and specify section in the control panel where the problem occurred. In Error specification specify what kind of the problem you are experiencing. Q. I want to add new images on my website.
A. Choose Images: add new images. Then click Add new multiple times until you get as many pages as you need. In page specify page name where you want to add the images and upload as many images as you want to add to your website by clicking the Add image file multiple times. Use Comments box to supply us with more information.

Q. I want to add new subpage to my website and I want to use more images on this page. How do I upload the images?
A. Create a document with content for your new page. You can add images to this document to specify location and size of the images. Choose Subpages: create new subpages. Click Add new to specify one subpage. Click Add file to upload the document. Click Add new again to upload the image. Click Add new as many times as many images you want to add on your new page.

A. Choose Subpages: create new subpages. Click Add new as many times as many documents you have and specify each sub page separately by adding its name and separate document.

Q. I have added information for several pages, but I made a mistake in one of them. I want to remove only this one page.
A. Use Delete link to remove the page you don’t want to send.

Q. I submitted a request, but nobody contacted me so far.
A. Please note that Relytech works only weekdays. Please make sure you chose a correct Category for your service. Allow our staff a few days to process your issue. The issues are processed in order in which they were submitted while errors are dealt with priority. You will receive a note after your issues is done.
